Delivers consulting project activities, as a subject matter expert in radiation therapy, through medium
to long-term engagements.
Assists customers in developing best practice clinical operations with an emphasis on patient outcomes.
Technical responsibilities may include evaluation of business processes, recommending process changes, process documentation, and problem identification.
Supports product training and implementation through defined processes, access to eLearning, and onsite training.
Owns workflow current state to future state mapping with associated gap analysis.
Provides onsite support during system Go-Live and immediate post-Go-Live periods.
Represents Varian ethics, values, and business practices with all internal and external constituents.
Requirements
BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance
RTT or CMD with a history of at least 6 years of direct patient care experience, Management and aptitude of standardized guidelines preferred
8+ years combined experience with Oncology setting and Healthcare Technology vendor(s)
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with a proven track record of collaborative and consensus-building
Obtains and completes Varian training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
Meets all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to gain VMS client site access, unless prohibited by law.
Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
