Customer Support Consultant, Fluent English

Role Overview

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (Written C1 level or higher);
• 1+ years of experience in a customer support role;
• Experience providing support via chats and emails in English is a must;
• CRM systems expertise;
• Strong analytical thinking and reading skills;
• Proactive and responsible attitude;
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
