Ensure seamless transitions from implementation to ongoing program execution, establishing a strong foundation for long-term partnership
Champion customer satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities, optimizing performance, and driving service excellence across existing accounts
Maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support business development initiatives and foster new strategic partnerships

Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading Program or Project Management teams in a client-focused corporate travel management environment
Proven success managing complex implementations and long-term client relationships
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
