Enrolled in a comprehensive training program focused on experiencing and learning the various areas of UPS Operations (e.g., Preload, Reload, Hub, driving roles, etc.)
Receives training and gains proficiency while assisting supervisors and managers in the various operational settings
Assigned a project/assignment following the completion of the training program
Rotate across different operational functions to gain broad exposure
Receive on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring support
Develop the skills needed to assume management responsibilities and enterprise-level leadership
Participants will be considered for advancement to management-level positions within UPS upon successful completion of the program

Degree holder in any discipline with minimum 3 years of working experience
High Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Strong passion in pursuing your career in Logistics industry
Agile, innovative and self-motivated with willingness to accept different challenges
Mobility to work at different locations while based in Hong Kong
Flexibility to work in shift duty
Holder of driving license Class 1, Class 2 is preferred
