Role Overview
- Global Lifecycle Management: Own the operational execution of key employee milestones
- Immigration & Mobility: Support our employees through the visa and immigration process
- EOR Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our Employer of Record partners
- Global Onboarding: Partner with the broader People team to oversee onboarding experience
- Global Events & Engagement: Lead the planning for global events and engagements
- Workspace Strategy: Oversee the functioning of our physical offices and remote support
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage the global budget for office operations and perks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations or Workplace Experience
- Global Mindset: Experience supporting teams across multiple time zones and cultures
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes
- Exceptional Communication: Fluency in English and Estonian is required
- A Problem-Solver Mindset: You see a logistical challenge and immediately look for a scalable, creative solution.
