Role Overview

• Acts as the primary point of contact for members, providers, and stakeholders
• Provides information and troubleshoot complex issues
• Handles and resolves customer inquiries and complaints
• Navigates multiple systems to resolve customer issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Associate's Degree in related field or Healthcare Management preferred
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, both verbal and written communication
• Ability to multi task and prioritize
• Call Center experience a plus
