This role is responsible for the Québec Moët Hennessy portfolio, including the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and contributing to the achievement of shared sales objectives across assigned brands.
Develop provincial marketing plans for assigned Moët Hennessy brands in alignment with Maison guidelines and National Brand Managers
Execute creative strategies for new product launches
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and event strategies against defined KPIs
Provide regular market updates and complete monthly activation reports
Collaborate closely with National Marketing and local Charton Hobbs teams to implement customer-driven initiatives
Partner with the Senior Regional Market Manager and sales teams to implement approved strategies
Collaborate with sales to identify and grow brand presence in key on-premise and retail accounts
Build and maintain strong account relationships through training and activations
Support the development and management of strategic account lists, with regular review of listing status
Work with sales to allocate resources effectively across priority accounts and monitor spend against objectives
Plan, organize, and execute field-level activations in partnership with the sales team
Manage POSM including ordering, inventory, logistics, and upkeep of branded materials
Coordinate with local suppliers for POSM development and production
Act as a brand ambassador for the Moët Hennessy portfolio in Québec
Deliver product training and education to sales teams, clients, and key accounts
Support engagement with high-value clients and luxury brand environments
Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines, assets, and usage requirements
Manage procurement activities including sourcing materials and coordinating services for activations
Support event logistics, including handling materials such as glassware and equipment (up to 56 lbs as required)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the wine and spirits industry or a luxury consumer goods environment
Event management experience from concept through execution and reporting
Established Québec trade contacts are an asset
WSET Level 2 (or higher) or relevant spirits certifications are an asset
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
Results-driven with solid analytical and business acumen
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel in particular)
Digital savvy with an understanding of social media and influencer strategies
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry (restaurants, bars, nightlife)
Basic understanding of retail environment
Strong interest in the wine and spirits category
