About this role

Manage and govern multiple concurrent security programs across EMEA, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, milestones, quality, and client standards
Provide technical oversight of system design, commissioning strategies, testing, and acceptance
Act as the primary technical and programme interface with strategic customers and their technical teams
Coordinate and influence local JCI and partner delivery teams and commissioning resources
Utilise Centre of Excellence resources to support standardisation, technical assurance, and issue resolution
Identify, manage, and mitigate programme risks and dependencies
Provide clear programme reporting, status updates, and escalations to account leadership
Support programme close‑out, documentation, and customer acceptance
Travel across the region to support key sites, customer engagements, and critical milestones

5+ years’ experience in the electronic security industry
Proven experience managing regional or multi‑country programs for enterprise customers
Strong technical background in installation, commissioning, or engineering
MBA or equivalent desirable
Programme governance and stakeholder management
Strong communication, reporting, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to influence indirect teams and drive standards
Multilingual capability desirable (English plus another language)
