Role Overview
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for finance transformation and process automation
- Manage and mentor PMs, setting the bar for product craft and stakeholder management
- Lead cross-functional execution of complex, high-impact initiatives
- Act as the subject matter expert on Coinbase's finance operations
- Partner directly with senior leaders in finance, product and engineering
- Define the future-state finance technology landscape
- Represent the finance user in all tech implementations
- Conduct competitive and data analyses to guide decision-making
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing other product managers
- Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows
- Computer Science degree or Software Engineering experience
- Deep knowledge of financial products, including financial record keeping, accounting pipelines and financial reporting
- Experience building robust, scalable solutions for accounting, treasury management, and financial operations
- Demonstrated success leading business-critical systems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence a range of senior stakeholders
