Monitor sales results and pipeline performance, providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Develop and implement an elevated retention service model for VIP and HNW clients.
Support project implementation for personal insurance.
Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, underwriting, and company policies.
Collaborate with training and enablement teams to enhance sales capabilities, product knowledge, and client experience.
Leverage technology, analytics, and CRM systems to drive productivity and performance transparency.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and service producers across B.C.
Establish and promote elevated experience for all customer interactions.
Promote collaboration between provincial and branch sales teams to maximize opportunities and shared success.
Attract, retain, and develop top talent with a focus on performance, engagement, and professional growth.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive experience in Personal Insurance across sales, operations, or business development, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
Strong understanding of Personal Lines, including direct sales, affinity and Private Client.
Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and deliver sustainable growth.
Obsessed with delivery of elevated customer experience and exceeding expectations.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Strong collaboration and relationship management abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
Level 2 BC General Insurance license.
