About this role
Role Overview
Identify and engage potential clients in the LATAM and US markets, leading the sales process from first contact to closing.
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — for your assigned markets (LATAM & US).
Generate new business through outbound prospecting.
Qualify and convert interested prospects into demos and active trials.
Adapt your presentation to the specific pain points of each prospect.
Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Build and nurture client relationships through proactive follow-ups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Support, and Product).
Requirements
3 years of previous experience in sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound), preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Knowledge of the LATAM, US markets.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued.
Fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish and English.
Advanced experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Proven track record of generating business through cold prospecting (not just waiting for inbound leads).
Comfortable working with sales targets, conversion rates, and MRR metrics.
Familiarity with SaaS and marketing ecosystems: understanding of social media tools, digital agencies, or SaaS business models is a plus.
Comfortable adopting new tools (automation, AI assistants, or enrichment platforms) to improve productivity.
