Have an overarching role in connecting the right people with the right content and processes across the Products, Marketing, Sales and Pre-sales populations, helping these populations to increase client facing time
Report to the Chief Growth Officer & Strategy and work closely with Eviden Head of Sales Operations & Performance, Eviden Head of Marketing and Head of Sales Enablement
Support with Sales CRM Data Quality
Manage and update documents and contents on SharePoint or Sales Intranet
Community management of the Sales Communities (on-boarding of new employees, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
Assist organization of Sales Events or specific internal Sales Meetings
Assist in Marketing & Sales content creation (PowerPoint)
Manage procurement with certain suppliers of both Sales and Marketing respective departments.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience as Sales Assistant or Junior Sales Operations or Junior Marketing Specialist.
Strong experience in large organizations, from GSI, Service Providers or ideally Software/Hardware vendors
Strong organization skills (commitment on deadlines given) as well as interpersonal skills (listening, explaining)
Solid written communication skills to prepare high quality deliverables
Good interpersonal skills to forge relations with a variety of profiles within an international organization
Fluent in English, and ideally business fluent in French and German
Knowledge of Microsoft Office collaboration suite, as well as ideally Gen AI tools
