Act as the primary liaison between IT and senior business leaders across RPS North America.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders across Finance, Supply Chain (including machine/asset scheduling and product item data management), and Purchasing to understand priorities and translate them into IT initiatives.
Advocate for business needs within IT and ensure alignment of technology roadmaps with business objectives.
Manage the IT project portfolio for RPS North America Finance, Supply Chain-supporting ERP domains (machine/asset scheduling and product item data management), and purchasing support, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and value realization.
Collaborate with PMO and delivery teams to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor project performance and escalate risks or issues as needed.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members across RPS IT North America.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage and responsiveness.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation, process optimization, and technology innovation within the business.
Champion the adoption of modern technologies (e.g., ERP enhancements, automation, analytics, mobility) to improve business outcomes.
Measure and communicate the value delivered by IT initiatives to business stakeholders.
Facilitate regular governance meetings with business leaders to review project status, priorities, and strategic alignment.
Ensure transparency and effective communication between IT and business functions.
Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in IT or business leadership roles, including project management, consulting, and business process reengineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in solution design and solution architecture, translating business requirements into end-to-end designs.
Proven experience of successfully defining IT project business cases
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Proven experience in a matrixed, global organization.
Project Management.
Ability to align IT strategy with business goals across Finance, key ERP-enabled domains supporting Supply Chain teams (including machine/asset scheduling and product item data management), and purchasing support.
Business Acumen – understanding business processes, goals and strategies.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing technologies.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks.
