Mandatory Internship in Marketing & Event Management – Start-up

Role Overview

• You will plan our presence at the largest festival for medical professionals in Germany — 25,000 attendees over three days — and you will be primarily responsible for ensuring mjuks performs exceptionally there 🎪
• You will design a concept for our trade fair booth and concrete on-site activations — from the initial idea to the finished plan
• You will bring your concept to life: nothing stays stuck in PowerPoint; it becomes reality 🙌
• You will manage your own budget and learn to handle it wisely
• You will work closely with the founders — short decision paths, real responsibility, not an intern sidetrack
• In the end you will attend the event yourself and see live how your work comes together 🚀

Requirements

• You are open to an adventure in a young start-up
• You have a quick grasp and enjoy taking on new challenges
• Confident presence and analytical thinking
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• You work proactively and enjoy taking responsibility
• “That can’t be done” is not part of your vocabulary 🙌
