Role Overview
- Guarantee an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience
- Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment
- Be driven to exceed individual sales targets and maximize own sales performances
- Capture Customer data into the Company CRM
- Build and maintain an ample knowledge of the world of luxury fashion
- Take ownership of resolving Client complaints
- Utilize Company digital tools
- Work in synergy with the Back of House
- Act in compliance to Company procedures
- Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues
Requirements
- Passion in fashion, dynamic and enthusiastic
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in sales
- Candidate from Luxury/Fashion/Cosmetics industry would be an advantage
- Customer-oriented and strong strive to achieve sales
- Good team-player and result-oriented
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
