The Functional Consultant is responsible for the configuration of a SuccessFactors module within a project.
This role covers both the internal and client-facing activities required for successful implementation.
Applying best practices, country specific knowledge, and technical know-how they will ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications.
The Functional Consultant will join our SAP Consulting Practice for Belgium and will work as part of a team to support one of our key clients in the region.
The role ensures that the functional workstream delivers the right quality of deliverables into a customer’s Production environment such that Strada meets the client’s expectations for go live of functionality and provides a platform for a long and mutually beneficial client relationship.
The role has responsibility for delivery according to the appropriate implementation methodology and for ensuring it is used and applied consistently within the programme.
The role also supports the Sales function with scoping, solution design and estimating for projects and change requests to ensure the full scope of an implementation is known and documented and there is opportunity to work on additional clients.
Requirements
Excellent experience in HR services delivery.
Demonstrable experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM Payroll products.
Experience of at least one end-to-end deployment project involving Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll.
Demonstrable communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll.
In-depth knowledge of Belgium Payroll.
Ability to deliver clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops.
