Join SAP Consulting Practice for the Netherlands payroll deployments.
Lead or support one or more SAP Payroll projects.
Ensure the functional workstream delivers quality deliverables into a customer’s Production environment.
Responsible for delivery according to the appropriate implementation methodology (FastTrack or SAP Activate).
Support the Sales function with scoping, solution design, and estimating for projects.

Excellent experience in HR services delivery.
Demonstrable experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM Payroll products.
Experience of at least one end-to-end deployment project involving Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll.
Demonstrable communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll.
In-depth knowledge of Netherlands Payroll.
SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central Payroll and ideally Employee Central (desirable).
Ability to deliver clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops.
