Role Overview
- Provide first-line support to users, both remotely and on-site.
- Deploy and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Execute system installations, tests, and integrations.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, reliability, and security.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
Requirements
- Vocational qualification or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably in IT)
- At least 1 year of experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role
- Service-minded, hands-on, and dedicated to the IT function of the organization
- Flexible and willing to work across multiple company locations
- Able to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
