Prepare and issue Initial Loan Estimates (ILEs) in accordance with TRID requirements, ensuring accuracy, documentation integrity, and timely delivery.
Administer system access and user permissions across Encompass, CRM, and related platforms, providing workflow support and maintaining reporting accuracy.
Audit loan officer communications to ensure consistency, compliance, and adherence to established workflow standards.
Obtain and verify borrower employment and income documents.
Coordinate with borrowers and contractors to confirm repair completion for escrow holdbacks and manage related disbursement processes.
Manage and evaluate incoming mortgage leads by reviewing credit and income information to determine next steps and support loan officer readiness.
Communicate with borrowers to clarify documentation, provide updates, and ensure a smooth prequalification experience.
Monitor the team’s shared mailbox to maintain timely response standards and accurate document processing.
Maintain organized borrower documentation in MyQ and assist with additional production support duties as needed.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in data entry or audit-type work
