Provides intermediate level network services, including supporting large scale network installations and installing and configuring standard network infrastructure
Runs network configuration changes and troubleshoots and resolves issues
Monitors records to ensure statuses are accurate and complete, and actions are on target
Reviews related records to identify requests that may have an impact on the network
Provides intermediate level telecom network services for elevated issues
Identifies failing components
Assists in maintaining and monitoring network system performance and identifying performance issues and trends
Identifies opportunities to automate manual system tasks
Develops and maintains telecom network documentation repository
Assists in installing and configuring network systems
Tests configuration changes and provides basic product installation procedures
Complies with Information Technology and Information Security policies and procedures
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
2+ years of hands‑on network operations experience in a 24x7 enterprise environment
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
