About this role
Role Overview
Conduct consultative sales presentations aligned with the client’s pain points and needs;
Act assertively in negotiations and closing deals;
Plan and organize the sales routine with discipline and a results-oriented focus;
Keep the CRM up to date and conduct consistent follow-ups;
Continuously reflect on approaches, learnings, and opportunities to improve the process;
Collaborate with the team by sharing best practices and building solutions creatively.
Requirements
Proven experience in selling services/B2B, preferably in Software/ERP;
Affinity for technology, innovation, and a collaborative culture;
Strong communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles;
Adaptable, resilient profile with analytical thinking;
Organized and autonomous, able to manage own schedule and results;
High school diploma required (college in progress is a plus);
