Identify and triage incidents and requests related to network security;
Communicate with clients, document in the ITSM tool, and perform internal escalation when necessary;
Operate and troubleshoot environments using FortiGate and FortiWeb;
Configure and maintain firewall rules, NAT, and security policies;
Configure and support VPNs (IPSec and SSL VPN);
Analyze security logs and events to diagnose incidents;
Perform technical procedures based on knowledge base (KB) articles and best practices;
Document tickets, procedures, and solutions in the knowledge base;
Assist in identifying improvements in client environments;
Demonstrate proficiency in resolving/closing tickets with quality and supporting evidence.

Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, VLANs, routing);
Hands-on experience with FortiGate (rule creation, NAT, VPN);
Familiarity with FortiWeb (basic operations and troubleshooting);
Configuration and troubleshooting of VPNs (IPSec and SSL);
Basic analysis of security logs and events;
Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or OCI);
Knowledge of information security best practices;
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Technology, Networking, or Security);
Basic knowledge of the ITIL framework;
Previous experience in support/operations (N2 or equivalent);
Basic to intermediate English or Spanish;
Certifications (mandatory): Fortinet NSE 4 or higher;
Certifications (desirable): NSE 4 FortiWeb; networking certifications (CCNA or equivalent) are a plus.
