Serve as the technical focal point for critical incidents and complex problems, documenting actions in the ITSM tool;
Perform advanced troubleshooting on FortiGate and FortiWeb environments;
Define and review security architectures and policies (firewall and WAF);
Implement and optimize security rules, VPNs and integrations;
Analyze security events and support incident response;
Provide technical support to mid-level and junior analysts and act as a team reference;
Interact directly with clients in critical and strategic situations;
Create and improve technical procedures, standards and best practices;
Drive continuous improvement of operational environments and processes;
Ensure technical quality of deliverables and complete documentation of support activities;
Train and transfer knowledge to the technical team across all shifts, including handling off-hours operations.

Advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VLANs, DNS);
Solid experience with FortiGate (advanced policies, NAT, VPN, deep troubleshooting);
Hands-on experience with FortiWeb (WAF, application protection, rule tuning);
Advanced VPN troubleshooting experience (IPSec and SSL);
Advanced analysis of logs and security events;
Knowledge of security architecture in cloud environments (AWS, Azure or OCI);
Knowledge of hardening and security best practices;
Experience in critical environments (high availability);
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Networking, Security or related field;
Strong knowledge of ITIL (incident and problem management/operations);
Experience in N3 operations or equivalent (Level 3 support);
Experience supporting clients in critical scenarios;
Intermediate to advanced English or Spanish;
Required certifications: Fortinet NSE 6 or higher;
