About this role
Role Overview
- Perform general ledger accounting and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
- Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and settlements
- Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation processes
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and support team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant accounting (1-2 years) experience, preferably in a Shared Service environment
- Strong ERP expertise (preferable SAP)
- Good knowledge MS Office (EXCEL and WORD)
- English language knowledge, German is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, customer orientation, good communication skills
- Willingness to travel abroad (4-5 times a year)
