Senior Program Manager – Project & Portfolio Management Office, Assay Development, IVD

Role Overview

• Drive project execution excellence using best‑practice methodologies embedded in the Danaher Business System (DBS)
• Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery through compliant IVD/IVDR design controls, clear metrics, and proactive risk mitigation
• Establish tracking, reporting, and resource capacity planning to enable timely decisions and keep teams aligned to milestones
• Translate global strategy into action by balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities while removing roadblocks to program success
• Build strong partnerships with leaders and stakeholders to enable capability building, culture change, and continuous improvement across the PMO and product development lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s preferred, in Science, Engineering
• Minimum of five years of experience leading product development in the medical device industry specifically within Molecular Diagnostics Product Development
• Track record of success bringing products to commercialization in a regulated environment (US-IVD and CE-IVDR)
