About this role
Role Overview
Support the Total Reward team in compensation analysis, P&O data management and total reward initiatives.
Contribute in the annual compensation cycle (salary review, job evaluation, bonus management etc) and assist in the analysis of compensation data to support reward decisions and benchmarking activities.
Assist in the total reward ongoing projects (pay transparency and pay equity analysis etc).
Help in developing and maintaining P&O reports related to the main P&O KPI’s and metrics, ensuring high standards of data quality and accuracy across all P&O systems.
Support P&O IS initiatives and new tool implementations, including the rollout of new modules (e.g. compensation tools).
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
Highly Analytical: You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Excel Proficiency: An advanced command of Microsoft Excel is essential, including the ability to create spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.
Exceptional Attention to Detail: Your precision and accuracy are paramount in managing critical P&O data and processes.
Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
Proactive & Eager to Learn: You're a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a global P&O team.
