Manage and develop operational procedures for the area.
Prepare management and executive reports.
Provide support to other DC areas, Coordination and Management.
Serve as the cross-functional focal point for Purchasing and Budget.
Lead cross-cutting topics related to IRDR, I&A, CEP and DPC.
Lead Integrated Management System (SGI) and Quality Assurance processes (GMP and audits).
Manage continuous improvement projects for the Management area.
Promote engagement initiatives and a Quality Culture.
Participate in the implementation of corporate programs (WCM, Regras pela Vida, Maturity, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business Administration or related fields.
Solid experience in Logistics Quality.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Storage Practices (BPA).
Familiarity with RDC 48/2013.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (intermediate level).
Knowledge of applied statistics: control charts and special-cause analysis.
Knowledge of root cause analysis tools (MASP, PDCA, A3).
WCM (World Class Manufacturing) and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Availability to work in a hybrid format at the distribution center (CD) in Cajamar/SP, Varginha/SP, São Gonçalo dos Campos/BA, Registro/SP or Campina Grande do Sul/PR.
