About this role

Acts as the primary liaison between LTSS leadership and clinical and operational teams
Ensuring projects are executed with high quality and aligned with leadership expectations and contractual requirements
Monitors the efficacy of Wellpoint systems
Partners with LTSS trainers to guide on HIP training strategies and enhancements
Responsible for establishing and supporting LTSS membership retention, redetermination and disenrollment processes
Develops clear, impactful PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, and performance reports aligned with LTSS operations and overall performance
Manages external client facing relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program/project management
Graduate degree preferred
Project management certification preferred
5+ years of experience in LTSS operations preferred
Mastery in Microsoft products
Excel, PowerPoint and Word strongly preferred.
