Act as the primary engine behind Shipt’s cultural maturity and ensure workplace is intentionally designed to reward risk-taking, foster deep trust, and drive radical accountability.
Operate as a high-visibility Culture Systems Designer
lead internal cultural audits to identify hidden friction points.
Design an enterprise-wide Culture Pulse mechanism and develop a multi-year strategy and annual plan.
Act as the Culture Champion consulting with senior leaders, design formal programs that reward bold experimentation.
Provide behavioral coaching to VPs, Directors, and facilitation, where needed across the business.
Collaborate cross-functionally across Shipt to weave cultural competencies into talent systems, resolve organizational bottlenecks, and ensure every team member feels empowered, connected, and inspired to do their best work.
Requirements
6+ years experience in Organizational Development, Corporate Culture Strategy, or Change Management within high-growth tech or similar industries
Bachelor’s degree in Org Psychology, HR, or Business (a Master’s degree or relevant certifications like Prosci, Hogan, or coaching are a strong plus)
Deep understanding of organizational behavior and how to drive long-term habit change at scale
Proven track record of designing culture audits or large-scale organizational assessments
Exceptional ability to influence senior leader stakeholders through both data-driven logic and empathetic storytelling
Strategic ability to excel at building structure in ambiguous environments and translate a high-level vision into actionable tasks
Comfort in facilitating difficult conversations and challenging the status quo when it serves the mission
Collaborative mindset and know how to build "dotted-line" partnerships to drive results without needing direct authority.
