Responsible for managing the Compliance Solutions Business Unit P&L of approximately $500M.
Creating and setting the vision and overall strategy.
Overseeing and guiding the execution of strategies and tactics.
Ensuring human capital resources are sufficient to meet the vision.
Driving predictable profitability and adapting the business unit model to meet evolving market needs.
Inspiring strong performance, engagement, and development of talent within the team.
Representing the business in cross-organizational activities and maintaining industry relationships.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years' business experience.
Minimum 10 years' management experience.
Experience delivering top line revenue growth and margin for a global customer-facing software/expert solution business, with ownership for a full operating P&L.
Demonstrated outcomes from 1-2 previous roles successfully managing a large, highly complex software/expert solution portfolio (minimum $400M) with a meaningful global footprint.
Track record of defining broad strategy and successfully translating into tangible action for the business.
Experience building an engaging, high performing organization and culture of belonging with a large geographically dispersed team.
Enterprise software/expert solution and GTM experience selling to diverse B2B customer segments.
