Design, implementation and continuous improvement of integration and automation workflows using iPaaS platforms
Connecting external systems via APIs, webhooks, standard connectors and middleware
Analysis and design of data flows, interfaces, data mappings and integration logic
Participation in integration scenarios between CRM, ERP, collaboration and third-party systems
Technical point of contact for integration and automation topics within projects
Close collaboration with CRM, architecture and business teams to deliver robust end-to-end processes
Support in architecture and solution design for scalable integration scenarios
Monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization of integration workflows
Implementation of error handling, logging and monitoring mechanisms
Documentation of integration architectures, interfaces, mappings and operational procedures
Consideration of security, data protection and governance requirements
Support on API-related questions as well as testing, rollouts and handovers to operations
Requirements
Willingness to travel (approx. 2 business trips per year)
Experience with integrations involving CRM, ERP or other business systems, e.g. SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central, Jira, Slack, SharePoint, DocuSign or similar systems
