Design and implementation of CRM and process solutions on modern low-code platforms
Modeling of business processes, data models, user interfaces and workflows
Configuration and enhancement of applications for sales, service and related business processes
Translating business requirements into clean, actionable and scalable solution concepts
Participation in client projects from prototypes and MVPs to production rollouts
Close collaboration with business analysts, solution architects and integration specialists
Implementation of platform customizations, business rules, forms, views and process logic
Support for integration of CRM and process platforms with third-party systems
Involvement in testing, troubleshooting, optimization and quality assurance
Creation and maintenance of technical and functional documentation
Assistance with data migrations, rollouts and end-user support in the project context

Degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Initial relevant professional experience in low-code, CRM, business application or process digitization projects
Interest in implementing modern business applications and digital processes
Ideally experience with CRM platforms or related solutions, e.g. Creatio, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
Understanding of processes in sales, service, marketing or operations
Ability to capture business requirements in a structured way and translate them into technical solutions
Analytical, structured and pragmatic working style
Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 2 business trips per year)
Good German and English skills
Advantageous: experience with data models, UI configuration, workflows or business rules
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations and automation logic
Initial experience with JavaScript or scripting within a platform context
