You conduct outbound sales calls with pre-qualified leads, so this is not classic cold calling
You enthusiastically introduce potential members to our training concept and our club over the phone
You identify needs and present our membership options appropriately and convincingly
You qualify leads, answer questions, and schedule appointments or direct sign-ups
You accurately document your calls in the system
You work closely with Sales, Front Desk, and Club Management
