Managing sales & profitability responsibility for selected industry accounts across Latin America
Being closely involved in the budgeting and planning processes and driving adoption of price execution best practices
Driving implementation of new customer segmentation model
Managing leads and driving them through the sales pipeline
Capturing customer feedback and optimizing the engagement model
Adopting digital tools and services (Salesforce, Chatbots, Marketplace etc) for service differentiation across the broader commercial organization
Engaging actively with Strategy Deployment, ComDev & Regional Inside Sales counterparts to co-create the Novonesis Inside Sales engine
Acting as the regional Commercial Excellence go-to person, ensuring implementation and anchoring of prioritized initiatives and sharing best practices across the organization (e.g., NPS)
Driving adoption of sales best practices across the region through training, coaching, and reinforcement of leadership focus & regional KPIs
Requirements
B.S. degree in Life Sciences, preferably Animal Nutrition & Health, Veterinary or related degrees
Sales experience in animal health, animal nutrition, with science background, preferably biosolutions
Basic understanding of biosolutions, animal health and animal nutrition
Strong understanding and adoption of digital solutions
Metrics-driven approach and data orientation
Strong project management and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Data Insights
Proficiency in Spanish and English; Portuguese will be considered a plus
