Collaborate with the GuidePoint Learning team and SMEs to analyze training needs, design curriculum, and ensure that content aligns with learning objectives.
Create training materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training resources, videos, and job aids, utilizing engaging techniques like storytelling and branching scenarios.
Support the development of multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, and videos, to enhance training content.
Develop and deliver training programs and resources for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and instructors to improve their instructional delivery and application of adult learning principles.
Assist with the day-to-day administration of the LMS (e.g., Docebo), including course uploads, enrollments, user management, and reporting.
Help maintain LMS data accuracy, organization, and system hygiene to improve learner experience and platform usability.
Monitor learner progress and completion data; generate and analyze LMS reports.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with SMEs, trainers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
Participate in the evaluation of training programs, collect feedback from participants, and make necessary improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
Requirements
Background or experience in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, typically gained through 1-2 years of work, coursework, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
Proficiency in using instructional design tools, such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to coach and consult with SMEs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly for content and data management.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and experience with content formats (SCORM, xAPI, etc.).
Creativity and an eye for detail.
Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring instructors/SMEs.
Basic data analysis or reporting experience related to training effectiveness.
