Lead end-to-end program management for PNC’s enterprise Generative AI initiatives, from intake through execution and delivery
Establish and manage program governance
Partner closely with technology leaders, business stakeholders, legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and responsible AI guidelines
Drive cross-functional coordination to enable consistent execution, dependency management, and integrated delivery
Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and program updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, and strategic impact
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to enterprise objectives
Continuously identify opportunities to improve program processes, transparency, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, technology-driven programs with multiple stakeholders
Strong expertise in governance, planning, risk management, and executive communications
Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships across organizations
Experience supporting or delivering AI, GenAI, data, or emerging technology programs
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks
Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
Typically, program size may be greater than $25m
Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years
Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable
