Lead the delivery of HR compliance and policy frameworks across the organisation, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
Focus on building strong compliance foundations across the employee lifecycle.
Report to the Global Head of HR and work closely with stakeholders such as Head of Corporate Services and HR Leadership Team.
Deliver HR compliance across the employee lifecycle.
Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and standards.
Proactively identify and manage compliance risks.
Act as a key interface between HR, Legal, and Compliance.
Oversee compliance monitoring, reporting, and audit activity.
Requirements
Strong experience in HR compliance, employment law, or HR risk/governance.
Solid understanding of employment legislation and regulatory environments (UK essential, US desirable).
Experience developing and implementing HR policies and frameworks in a global organization.
Ability to translate complex regulation into practical, business-friendly HR solutions.
Strong stakeholder management across HR, Legal, and Compliance.
Comfortable operating in a matrixed, multi-jurisdictional environment.
