Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance plans for utilities assets (pumps, compressors, cooling towers).
Monitor performance indicators (including energy and water consumption per liter of beverage produced).
Ensure compliance with regulations such as NR-13 (Boilers and Pressure Vessels) and environmental disposal standards.
Lead improvement projects to reduce carbon footprint and optimize fuel and electricity use.

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production (Industrial) Engineering, or Automation and Control.
Proficiency with maintenance management systems (such as SAP PM or similar) and data analysis tools.
Technical knowledge of reliability methodologies (RCM, RCA), continuous improvement tools (Lean or Six Sigma), and industrial automation (PLC).
Postgraduate qualification in Quality, Project Management, Production, or related fields.
Experience implementing water reuse projects.
Technical knowledge of ISO 50001 (Energy Management) and FSSC 22000 (Food Safety).
Experience managing third‑party contracts and major maintenance shutdowns.
