About this role
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for different levels (operational, technical, strategic, and executive);
Develop talent attraction strategies aligned with the company’s objectives;
Design and execute active sourcing/hunting campaigns using social media, talent pools, and direct outreach;
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role profiles, align expectations, and determine recruitment strategies;
Drive Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen the employer value proposition;
Conduct competency-based interviews, perform behavioral assessments, and administer assessment tools when required;
Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, diversity, etc.) and propose improvements;
Participate in the planning and execution of internship and youth apprenticeship programs;
Ensure affirmative action/job reservation compliance with applicable legislation;
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the selection process;
Support market mapping and talent intelligence activities for critical positions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
Solid experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in dynamic environments or high-volume hiring contexts;
Experience in active sourcing/hunting (LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, direct approaches);
Knowledge of competency-based interview methodologies;
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools such as Pinpoint, Gupy, etc.;
Advanced English and Spanish.
