Management Analyst

Role Overview

• Functions as a Management Analyst with intermediate knowledge of management systems
• Analyzes management information requirements to develop reporting systems
• Analyzes administrative processes and/or office programs
• Writes reports, letters, and other documents with recommendations
• Assists with the development of management systems or procedures
• Performs administrative and financial analysis
• Provides research, spreadsheet development, data collection, and analysis
• Prepares various recurring reports
• Provides day-to-day support in program activities

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of relevant experience
• High school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Intermediate knowledge of analytical and evaluative techniques
• Knowledge of substantive programs, goals, pertinent laws, and policies
• Department of State experience preferred
