Role Overview
- Perform complex reconciliations, fundings or settlements
- Resolve complex reconciliation exceptions and manage stales
- Prepare, analyze, coordinate and complete secondary review/approval for regulatory reporting
- Lead training sessions for new processes
- Document new departmental procedures and review existing procedures
- Provide support for critical incidents or production issues
- Complete audit requests
- Manage large initiatives and projects involving Corporate Reconciliation
- Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 3+ years of Accounting or Finance Audit experience (required)
- 1+ years of Project Experience (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in accounting or finance (preferred)
- Expertise in financial systems (e.g., ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle)
- Proficiency in reconciliation tools (e.g., BlackLine)
- Data analysis skill (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
