Business Banking Marketing Manager

Role Overview

• Responsible for developing and managing a team in building and executing marketing plans.
• Supervises and directs marketing efforts for mid to large sized or moderately complex clients.
• Assist with developing and managing strategies that support line of business objectives.
• Oversee the design of marketing planning and execution for assigned product lines.
• Manage a team and interface with LOB leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent work experience (required)
• 7+ years of relevant experience (required)
• Exceptional knowledge of traditional and digital creative marketing development process
• Exceptional understanding of banking products and segment needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize delivery based on key objectives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional Oral & written communication skills
• Ability to manage a small team in marketing planning and execution
