Role Overview
Manage dependencies with other product teams and support external dependencies
Handle and document technical issues

Work will be performed as part of an Agile Scrum team under the guidance of a Team Lead who reports to the C2BMC Regional Systems Engineering Manager
Work will be performed within a designated closed area.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field) from an accredited university, along with 12 years of experience; or a Master’s degree (preferred) in a STEM-related field with 10 years of relevant work experience; or a PhD in a related discipline with 8 years of relevant work experience
Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start
Willingness to travel 10% of the time for business needs
Experience in management or leadership roles, along with the relevant skills
Coordinate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and EVM staff to determine cost and schedule performance
Generate Estimated Time to Complete (ETC), Earned Value Management (EVM), and other engineering metrics to identify and resolve all technical or staffing issues while managing cost and schedule
