Role Overview
Set the strategic foundation for DoorDash’s most important campaigns
Define core insight and strategic territory for creative
Influence direction before work moves into execution
Translate insights into strategic territories and briefs
Collaborate with Creative and agency partners on culturally relevant work
Own campaign ecosystems ensuring end-to-end cohesion
Build and evolve DoorDash’s brand foundations
Shape market introductions for new products
Requirements
7+ years of experience in brand and/or creative strategy (brand-side or agency)
Strong point of view on how brands break through in culture
Ability to frame problems and identify insights
Knowledge of brand positioning and messaging
Experience in cross-functional collaboration
Fluent in brand health, measurement, and campaign performance
Strong instincts for cultural signals
Experience operating in a multi-sided business
Strong fluency in AI applications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
