Provide service to a portfolio of medium-complexity clients through in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels to ensure all clients are served promptly and accurately according to their needs.
Attend to clients with attentive treatment based on dialogue and understanding of needs to clarify doubts and provide necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
Support clients with claims and/or preliminary reimbursement requests through in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels to ensure effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for care received outside the accredited network.
Conduct necessary procedures for market research by gathering data and information required to complete quotation forms to identify the best terms and options for the client within the renewal timeline.
Prepare reports and/or presentations with loss ratio indicators by organizing data, information, and quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide the client with the policy results.
Identify improvement opportunities by mapping processes during execution, applying procedures and workflows, and suggesting actions to enable continuous improvement in customer service.
Perform other related professional duties inherent to the role as required by the area’s needs and/or demand, including training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional development.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products and knowledge of current regulations from ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency)
Customer-focused with professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning, and assertive communication skills.
