Be a trusted voice in negotiations, providing calm, commercial advice when the stakes are high.
Manage and grow relationships with PE houses, corporates and management teams across the UK mid-market.
Support the strategic direction of the team — shaping propositions, delivery models and the way we go to market.
Coach and develop managers and junior team members, fostering confidence and technical excellence.
Collaborate across Cooper Parry’s corporate finance and transaction services teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
Significant experience leading tax aspects of M&A transactions — ideally in a private equity context
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise senior stakeholders
A passion for developing people and building a culture of excellence and trust
An ambition to drive transformation within professional services
