Role Overview
- Working with private equity, investors and ambitious businesses
- Lead complex tax due diligence, structuring and advisory projects
- Run bolt-on and standard due diligence work with autonomy
- Be one of the main client contacts
- Review and coach junior team members
- Help shape how we deliver
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified
- Deep technical knowledge of UK tax rules
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple deals
- Genuine belief in collaboration, coaching and continuous learning
- Passion for technology and transformation
