About this role
Role Overview
- Lead client strategy from intake to delivery, coordinating with Growth Marketer and AI Technologist.
- Handle client communications, adapt to needs in resorts/restaurants sector, and drive project success.
- Monitor KPIs, provide updates, and upsell bespoke services enabled by proprietary tech tools.
- Support occasional travel for Mexico City pitches or US client meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in client services, account management, account coordination, or customer-facing agency work
- Able to manage multiple clients and priorities at once
- Interest in or exposure to growth marketing, digital marketing, or campaign environments
- Excellent English; EST/CST availability (PST exceptional); Mexico City preferred.
- Open to profiles ranging from junior to more experienced, as long as there is strong client instinct, adaptability, and drive
