Analyse client requirements and implement HCM software solutions
Provide training and support for seamless integration of Workday HCM applications
Help clients maximise the value of their Workday investment
Assist in testing automation and system reports/integrations development

Bachelor’s Degree
US Minimum of 5 years of experience
Active Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights certification
Knowledge with Planning Budgeting Forecasting and Management Reporting
Knowledge of different models like Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, Operational Planning
Knowledge in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Good to have Workday Finance/HCM/Integration certification
Functional experience and knowledge of Workday Finance/Accounting, reporting/consolidation is an advantage
Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
