About this role
Role Overview
Focus on maintaining positive relationships between employees and the organisation
Administer grievance redressal mechanisms
Ensure timely documentation and tracking of investigations
Partner with ER Strategy team for employee experience processes
Manage ER tools and documentation
Provide analysis and reporting of ER matters
Ensure compliance with policies and law
Collaborate with stakeholders for policy management
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree
Working knowledge of labor / employee relations
MSW / MBA preferred
Ability to handle confidential information
Proven attention to detail & organized approach
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Ability to design leadership reports and dashboards
Proficiency in PPT and Reporting.
Proven ability to team, collaborate, build, and maintain relationships
At least 4 years' experience in employee relations with workplace investigations experience
